The adoption of a unique optical system using semiconductor lasers (LD) and split-type photodiodes (PD) has achieved innovative downsizing and increased detection speed. It has reached high precision comparable to that of photoelectric two-axis autocollimators. As a measurement device for quality control and as an angle sensor that can be permanently installed in equipment, it is a groundbreaking sensor that flexibly and easily addresses the demands for angle measurement. Since the light source is a red laser, setup is easy.
